By entering your personal details in the form provided via the link on the brochure, you agree to permit the
Organization to contact you (by post, telephone, sms, email or fax) regarding other related services. If at any time you do not wish to receive anything from the organization, please alert Mergers & Acquisition Summit Africa by email to info@mergersafrica.com

Please be informed that your registration shall be deemed complete upon making full payment of the fees, where upon the payer will receive a unique link to the conference.

Please note that the speakers and topics were long-established at the time of publishing. However, due to unforeseeable circumstances, it may necessitate the Organization alter or modify the content, timing, speakers or the venue for the conference. This right of alteration or modifying the content is exclusively reserved to the Organization.
Any substitutions or iterations will be updated on the event website as soon as possible.

Once registered, cancellation of delegate places cannot be made. However, substitution can be made at any time.
Any form of cancellation or non-show at the summit after payment has been effected will attract no refund.
Please, email details of the substitute delegate to Mergers and Acquisitions Summit Africa at info@mergersafrica.com no later than 72 hours before the start of the event. The Organization shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders
performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible.
For the Purpose of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include but not limited to; War, re, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
However, in the event that this event is cancelled or postponed at will due to unforeseen planning challenges, a notice of cancellation and refund shall be made. Refund shall however be excluded of taxes already paid to the government upon initial payments and registration.
